Terms & Conditions – ZAAZ Beauty

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through www.zaazbeauty.com.

2. Applicability
2.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by ZAAZ Beauty and to every agreement concluded between ZAAZ Beauty and a customer.
2.2 By placing an order through the website, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions before completing the purchase.
2.3 The Terms & Conditions are available on the website and can be saved or downloaded.
3. Products and Offers
3.1 ZAAZ Beauty aims to display all products, sizes, images and product characteristics as accurately as possible.
3.2 Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect if they do not affect the quality or essential characteristics of the product.
3.3 Obvious errors, typographical mistakes or clearly incorrect prices are not binding on ZAAZ Beauty.
3.4 All products and promotions are subject to availability unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders and Formation of the Agreement
4.1 An order is placed when the custom
er completes the checkout process.
4.2 After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
4.3 ZAAZ Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, an obvious technical error or unexpected product unavailability.
4.4 If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Prices
5.1 All consumer prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.2 Any delivery charges or additional costs will be clearly shown before the customer completes the order.
5.3 ZAAZ Beauty may change its prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
6.2 The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
6.3 ZAAZ Beauty is not required to dispatch an order until payment has been successfully completed.
7. Delivery
7.1 Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
7.2 Estimated delivery times are displayed on the website or during the checkout process.
7.3 Unless another delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days.
7.4 If delivery is delayed or an order cannot be fully completed, the customer will be informed as soon as
reasonably possible.
7.5 The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing a reason.
8.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly notify ZAAZ Beauty within this period.
8.3 Notification can be sent through filling in the contact form.
8.4 After notifying ZAAZ Beauty of the withdrawal, the customer has a further 14 days to return the product.
8.5 The seal of the product has to be intact and the product must be unused.
9. Returns
9.1 Products should be returned complete and carefully packaged wherever reasonably possible.
9.2 The customer may only handle a product to the extent necessary to determine its nature and characteristics.
9.3 If a product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary and this results in a reduction in value, ZAAZ Beauty may deduct the legally permitted amount for depreciation.
9.4 The direct cost of returning a product is borne by the customer unless ZAAZ Beauty states otherwise or the customer received an incorrect, damaged or defective product.

10. Hygiene, Safety and Sealed Cosmetic Products
10.1 For reasons of hygiene, product safety and quality control, ZAAZ Beauty cosmetic products are supplied sealed.
10.2 Once the protective or hygiene seal has been broken, removed or damaged after delivery, the product cannot be returned and the right of withdrawal for that product expires, insofar as the legal exception for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons applies.
10.3 Unopened products with the original seal fully intact may be returned within the applicable statutory return period.
10.4 Customers are therefore advised to check the product carefully before breaking or removing the seal.
10.5 This restriction does not apply where a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied. In such cases, the customer's statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.
11. Refunds
11.1 Where the customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, ZAAZ Beauty will refund the payments received for the returned products.
11.2 If the complete order is returned, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after ZAAZ Beauty has been informed of the withdrawal.
11.3 ZAAZ Beauty may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
11.4 Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
12. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
12.1 Customers are advised to inspect their order after delivery.
12.2 If a product arrives damaged, is incorrectly supplied or does not meet what the customer may reasonably expect, the customer should contact us through the contact form on the website.
12.3 Please include the order number and, where relevant, photographs of the product and packaging so that the issue can be assessed efficiently. The customer's statutory rights remain fully applicable.
13. Statutory Guarantee
13.1 ZAAZ Beauty guarantees that products supplied comply with the agreement and with what consumers may reasonably expect from them.
13.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the customer's statutory guarantee rights.
13.3 If a product does not comply with the agreement, the consumer is entitled to the remedies available under applicable consumer law.
14. Use of Cosmetic Products
14.1 Customers must use ZAAZ Beauty products in accordance with the instructions and warnings provided on the packaging and/or product page.
14.2 Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should carefully review the ingredient list on the package before use.
14.3 Discontinue use if irritation or an unwanted skin reaction occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
14.4 To the extent permitted by law, ZAAZ Beauty is not responsible for damage resulting solely from improper use or use contrary to clear product instructions or warnings.
15. Product Information and Ingredients
15.1 ZAAZ Beauty makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredient lists and other product information accurate and up to date.
15.2 Product formulas or packaging may occasionally be changed by the manufacturer.
15.3 The ingredient list displayed on the product actually received should therefore always be checked before use.
15.4 Customers with known allergies or sensitivities are advised to carefully review the ingredient list before applying any product.
16. Discounts and Promotions
16.1 Discount codes, promotional offers and special campaigns are valid for the stated promotional period and subject to the conditions communicated with the promotion.
16.2 Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
16.3 Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to previously completed orders.
16.4 ZAAZ Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a promotional code in cases of fraud, misuse or an obvious technical error.
17. Liability
17.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17.2 To the extent legally permitted, ZAAZ Beauty is not liable for damage caused by use that is contrary to clear product instructions or warnings.
17.3 The customer's statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
18. Complaints
18.1 ZAAZ Beauty aims to ensure that customers are satisfied with their orders. Complaints can be submitted to through the contact form on the website.
18.2 Customers should include their order number and a clear description of the complaint where possible.
18.3 ZAAZ Beauty aims to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving a complaint.
18.4 If additional time is required, the customer will be informed.
19. Intellectual Property
19.1 All trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, product designs, graphic elements and other content on www.zaazbeauty.com are owned by ZAAZ Beauty.
19.2 Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, unless permitted by law.
20. Personal Data and Privacy
20.1 ZAAZ Beauty processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
20.2 Further information about the collection and processing of personal data can be found in the separate Privacy Policy available on www.zaazbeauty.com.
21. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
21.1 ZAAZ Beauty may amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
22.2 The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order are those that were in effect at the time the order was placed.
22.3 Changes therefore do not adversely affect previously concluded consumer agreements retroactively.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
22.1 Agreements with ZAAZ Beauty are governed by Dutch law, insofar as legally permitted.
22.2 Where a consumer resides in another country, any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded remain applicable.
22.3 ZAAZ Beauty and the customer will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
22.4 If no solution can be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
