At ZAAZ Beauty, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may have the right to return your order in accordance with applicable consumer law.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you purchased a product through our website, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact us at contact@zaazbeauty.com or through our contact form within this 14-day period.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in its original condition and with its original packaging.
You may inspect the product as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical store. If a product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or functioning, ZAAZ Beauty may deduct the legally permitted amount for any resulting reduction in value.
3. Sealed and Hygiene Products
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed cosmetic or personal-care products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, where the product is not suitable for return after opening for hygiene reasons.
If the original hygiene seal has been removed or broken, the right of withdrawal may therefore no longer apply.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Please make sure returned products are securely packaged.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a short description of the issue;
- photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
If the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your legal consumer rights.
